Free Practice: In the free practice session the Kaufmann Drivers showed strong potential. Ye on P1 and P2, Verschoor on P7 and P9, Novalak for the first time out on this track on P20 and P16.

Qualifying 1: In the Qualifying Ye was in Group A. Missing his perfect lap, Ye only was able to qualify on P3 in the Group. So did Verschoor in Group A, also on P3 and Novalak on P9.

Grid for Race 2: Verschoor - P5, Ye - P6, Novalak - P17.

Qualifying 2: On an updrying track Verschoor was in command in Group B and took the top spot with P1. Novalak was struggleing a bit to take P11 only. Ye in Group A was very unlucky as his run was shortened by a red flag 2 laps to the end, what saw him only on P6 in the Group.

Grid for Race 1: Verschoor - P2, Ye - P11, Novalak - P22

Race 1: Novalak was very unlucky beeing hit from behind in lap 1 in turn 3 and had to retire with a broken rear suspension. Even worse than that, a medical check up proofed a small fraction in his right wrist, causing a longer pause for the young Briton. Ye showed a good race moving up to P8, while Verschoor was putting pressure on the leader. Verschoor kept his 2. place untill a red flag due to heavy thunderstorms stopped the race.

Race 2: Beeing involved in some overtaking action in the opening laps, Verschoor and Ye lost the contact to the podium places already in the beginning. Ye showed a brilliant drive towards the end of the race lapping constantly 4/10 sec quicker than anybody else. In the end Verschoor finished P4 and Ye P5.
